Q. Who is the offer valid for?

This 20% Bonus Travel Credit (BTC) offer is valid for impacted guests on suspended Scenic Europe River Cruises, who currently have a 110% Future Travel Credit (FTC) Voucher. A total of 130% Travel Credit.

Q. Who is this offer not valid for?
A.
  • Guests who have applied for or received a refund for the impacted departures and bookings
  • Guests who have already transferred to alternative touring/cruising date
  • Guests who booked on Oberammergau or National Geographic tours and cruises 
Q. When do you need to use your Bonus Travel Credits by?
A.

This offer is valid from 13 May and ends on 19 June 2020. Subject to the terms and conditions, and availability on selected sailings in 2021. If not redeemed, the value reverts to the original Future Travel Credit amount.

Q. What is the Bonus Travel Credit combinable with?

  • The additional 20% BTC will be based on the value of your new booking.
  • The additional 20% BTC will be based on the cruise and cabin upgrade values of your new booking only
  • The additional 20% BTC can be applied towards international airfares when booked with your cruise.
  • Please note – the original Future Travel Credit value was based on the value of your impacted booking.

Q. Do I need to travel on the same itinerary I booked originally?
A. No, you can book a different itinerary, as long as it is one of the applicable sailings for this BTC offer, as noted in the table above.
Q. We were booked on an impacted South East Asia cruising itinerary, but there aren't any itineraries in the options to rebook?
A. We are currently only offering the BTC offer on selected Europe itineraries.
