Scenic Tours launch Antarctica program 2016

Due to overwhelming demand, Scenic will be operating three private charters to Antarctica in 2016 on 5-star luxury small ships, Le Boréal and Le Lyrial - the newest and the first all-balcony stateroom and suite ships to cruise to Antarctica. Travelling with up to 200 likeminded Scenic guests, all guests can enjoy complimentary beverages all day every day in 2016.

New itineraries now showcase even more of South America in combination with an Antarctic cruise. This expanded touring program includes a three night stay at Iguazú Falls on the Taste of Brazil tour, two new itineraries that take in the Amazon or the Galápagos Islands, plus all Peru itineraries now include a visit to the floating islands of Lake Titicaca.

For those wanting to continue their exploration of the Southern Ocean on a small ship luxury cruise in small groups of up to 30 Scenic guests, there are two new destinations – the intriguing island of South Georgia which offers unprecedented wildlife viewing, or the spectacular Chilean Fjords; home to the biggest glaciers in the Southern Hemisphere.

Scenic Tours is offering some fantastic new Earlybird offers for bookings made by 15 December 2014, including a saving of up to $2,500 per couple with an airfare credit plus a further $2,000 airfare credit for all suite upgrades. Solo traveller offers and business class upgrades are also available.

The new Scenic Tours 2016 Antarctica brochure is out now.
