    • Day 1 - Windhoek

      Welcome to Namibia and its remote capital Windhoek.

    • Day 2 - Windhoek > Sossusvlei
      Highlights:
      Flight to Sossusvlei, sand dunes

      Soar over open savannah to the Namib Desert, as beautiful as it is remote. Towering orange sand dunes surround a stunning white salt pan known as Sossusvlei, or ‘gathering place of water’. Surprisingly, this desert wilderness is home to a wide variety of animals, including ostrich, zebra and springbok. For the next two nights, your meticulously appointed lodge will be your home.

    • Day 3 - Sossusvlei
      Highlights:
      Ascent of the dune, desert safari walk

      Meet your local guide for an excursion into the dunes and discover how the ancient bushman scratched a living off this barren land. Take the rare opportunity to climb one of the sand dunes (moderate fitness level required) and witness the incredible vistas across the Namib Desert, a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.

      Marvel at the sunset in the desert with a Sundowners on the deck of the lodge. You’ll get to enjoy the company of newfound friends in incredible surrounds.

    • Day 4 - Sossusvlei > Swakopmund
      Highlights:
      Flight to Swakopmund

      Fly north over the desert landscape to the seaside town of Swakopmund, Namibia’s premier resort town. You’ll have time for shopping and can enjoy a fabulous choice of local restaurants as you settle in for your two night stay at your hotel.

    • Day 5 - Swakopmund

      Seal and dolphin cruise or desert walk

      Take a seal and dolphin cruise in nearby Walvis Bay, or a living desert tour where your local guide will bring the dunes to life.

    • Day 6 - Swakopmund > Etosha
      Highlights:
      Flight to Etosha

      Etosha National Park is one of Africa’s most famous and unique game reserves. The waterholes around the Etosha Pan attract vast numbers of big game. For the next three nights you’ll enjoy a special stay.

    • Day 7 - Etosha National Park
      Highlights:
      Game drives

      Join your expert game ranger for morning and evening game drives, and enjoy some of Africa’s finest savannah game viewing. Long lines of zebra, giraffe, elephant and springbok wander ancient paths between grasslands and waterholes as predators such as lions, leopards, hyenas and cheetahs wait for their chance in the shallow cover.

    • Day 8 - Etosha National Park

      Game drive and night safari

      Enjoy more game drives, including a night drive. Don’t forget to look up at the stars, as you’re far away from any city lights.

    • Day 9 - Etosha National Park > Cape Town
      Highlights:
      Flight to Windhoek and Cape Town

      Enjoy one final flight over the landscape to Windhoek before connecting to your flight to Cape Town, where you‘ll enjoy a three night Special Stay. Tonight, you’ll get to meet your Tour Director for a welcome drink.

    • Day 10 - Cape Town

      Table Mountain gondola, Freechoice

      Today, ascend Table Mountain by rotating gondola for wondrous 360 degree views.

      Treat yourself to South Africa’s finest vintages with a winelands tour. Alternatively, visit history rich Robben Island, take a township tour, a whale watching cruise (seasonal) or a Harley Davidson ride.

    • Day 11 - Cape Town

      Cape Point, Penguin colony

      Today, journey along the Atlantic coastline to Cape Point, stop at the Cape of Good Hope, then visit Boulders Beach, home to an African penguin colony.

    • Day 12 - Cape Town > Oudtshoorn
      Highlights:
      Route 62 drive, Cango Caves

      Stunning semi-desert scenery awaits en route to the town of Oudtshoorn. Later, discover a wonderland of underground chambers at the Cango Caves, among the largest in the world, before your overnight stay at Swartberg Country Manor.

    • Day 13 - Oudtshoorn > Knysna

      Ostrich Farm

      Learn about Africa’s largest bird at a local ostrich farm, then head to Knysna on the Garden Route, famous for its oysters. You’ll enjoy a two night Special Stay, with stunning views of Knysna Heads.

      Lagoon cruise, time at leisure

      Today, opt between furry friends – Monkeyland, with its Madagascan lemurs and vervet monkeys or Birds of Eden and discover a large array of native birds. Alternatively choose to play around of 9 holes at the Simola Golf course or relax at your hotel with a Spa treatment.

      Knysna Lagoon flows along the town’s shores and out through the rugged heads. Enjoy a scenic cruise with expert commentary on the region’s flora and fauna. Then, this afternoon, explore the waterfront precinct at your leisure.

      Tsitsikamma Rainforest, Flight to Durban

      Travel along the Garden Route to Storm’s River Mouth in the Tsitsikama Rainforest. Later, board your flight from Port Elizabeth to Durban. Tonight you’ll enjoy an overnight Special Stay, your hotel is the ultimate in colonial charm and style.

    • Day 16 - Hluhluwe > Ghost Mountain

      Rhino Sanctuary, Enrich - Tribal dance

      The Dolphin Coast region of Natal has a sea of sugarcane fields. Enter Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Park, world-renowned for its rhino conservation programme. Later, check into your elegant hotel for a two night stay at the foot of Zululand’s legendary Ghost Mountain.

    • Day 19 - Swaziland > Kruger National Park

      Lion Sands Game Reserve

      The famous Kruger National Park borders Mozambique and stretches an impressive 450 kilometres. You’ll enjoy a two night Special Stay at Lion Sands River Lodge, situated on a private concession within the park. The Sabie River flows through it and is home to the highest recorded concentration of leopards in Africa. Take a game drive in an open safari vehicle this afternoon and look out for the ‘Big Five’ before soaking in the night-time ambience while dining at your lodge.

    • Day 20 - Lion Sands Game Reserve (Kruger National Park):
      Highlights:
      Game drives, Scenic Freechoice

      Limitless game viewing possibilities await, so make sure you bring your camera. Specially adapted Land Rovers are able to traverse the entire Kruger National Park without restriction, even off-road to track the ‘Big Five’ – lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo.

      Blyde River Canyon; Bourke’s Luck Potholes

      Take in the magnificent Panorama Route on the road to Johannesburg. You’ll view the Blyde River Canyon, third deepest in the world, then visit Bourke’s Luck Potholes and enjoy spectacular views from Wonder View. Later, check into your stylish hotel in Johannesburg.

    • Day 22 - Johannesburg > Victoria Falls
      Highlights:
      Victoria Falls National Park, Sundowners cruise

      This morning, board your flight to Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. The world’s largest sheet of falling water rises up to 108 metres high and spans a gorge carved out of a flat plateau. Check into the marvellously colonial hotel for your three night Special Stay. Tonight’s outdoor dinner features a mesmerising display of traditional dancing.

      Be treated to a special Sundowners cruise down the Zambezi River and watch the teeming wildlife on the banks, drink in hand, just upstream from the Victoria Falls.

      River cruise and game drive

      Today is photography heaven as large concentrations of big game call Chobe National Park home. Embark on a game drive along the shoreline, where predators often come to drink. Later, enjoy a cruise on the Chobe River, home to huge herds of elephants and buffalo. Large pods of hippo and giraffe families inhabit the banks and surrounding woodlands.

    • Day 24 - Victoria Falls

      Enrich

      Visit a typical Zimbabwean village to gain unique insights into traditional tribal life, including a home hosted lunch and elephant interaction.

      Later, witness the power of Victoria Falls with a tour of the Zimbabwean side of the world’s largest waterfall. Enjoy dinner in the beautiful Livingstone Restaurant to complete your day.
