  • 13 Day Itinerary

    • Day 1 - Oslo > Longyearbyen

      Your journey into wonder begins in Norway as you fly from Oslo to Longyearbyen where the crew will warmly greet you as you step on board Scenic Eclipse. Raise your glass this evening to toast the start of your journey into wonder.

      Please book flights to arrive by 5am in Oslo (pre tour accommodation in Oslo recommended)

    • Day 2 - Bear Island

      Glacier-carved peaks rise steeply from the water as we sight Bjørnøya or Bear Island and signal our arrival to the Svalbard Archipelago.

    • Day 3 - Hammerfest

      Spend the day relaxing or take a cooking class in Scenic Epicure. Arrive late afternoon to quirky Hammerfest.

      Learn about the history of the town and visit the Museum of Reconstruction.

    • Day 5 - Tromsø

      Known as the cultural hub of the Arctic, the island of Tromsø sits just above the Arctic Circle. Discover the city and enter the Polar Museum.


      Ride the cable car to Fløya Mountain for a guided walk and panoramic views or visit the Museum of Tromsø or take an e-bike adventure.


      Be treated to a private concert in the Arctic Cathedral of Tromsø.

    • Day 6 - Borg > Svolvaer

      This morning discover the tiny hamlet of Borg, home to a Viking chieftan over 1,000 years ago, and enter the Lofotr Viking Museum to see how the ‘Raiders of the North’ lived.
      This afternoon arrive at the small port of Svolvaer.


      Explore the pretty town of Henningsvaer or visit Svolvaer and the Magic Ice Bar, or choose a discovery excursion.

      Enjoy plenty of time tonight to discover this charming port at your leisure.

    • Day 7 - Lofoten Islands

      Great, craggy islands that touch the sky, picturesque villages and abundant wildlife make the Lofoten Islands a must-see destination. Discover the hidden secrets and unexplored coves and bays of this stunning wonderland on our Discovery Yacht. Marvel at the Captain and crew navigating the narrow mouths and steep ravines of the fjords.


      Take a Zodiac or kayak adventure to discover the bird and marine life of Roest Island or take a guided hike across the island.

    • Day 8 - Brønnøysund

      A day of cruising and adventure beckons as we sail past the granite mountain of Torghatten, into Brønnøysund.


      Choose a discovery excursion to explore the local area or go on a fishing adventure.

    • Day 9 - Trondheim

      The pretty centre of Trondheim houses well-preserved wooden architecture dating back to the 17th and 18th century.


      Explore the historic centre and enter Nidaros Cathedral or visit the delightful Ringve museum. For cultural insights choose Trøndelag Open-air museum.

    • Day 10 - Geiranger Fjord

      A day of stunning scenery awaits as we cruise World Heritage-listed Geiranger Fjord, unspoilt and rare in its pristine beauty. Explore this 20 kilometre emerald-green wonder up close and discover the Seven Sisters, The Suitor, and The Bridal Veil falls. At the old Viking port of Hellesylt ride the cable car to the top of Stranda Mountain for panoramic views.

    • Day 11 - Ålesund

      Straddling several islands stretching out into the ocean, Ålesund houses a unique concentration of Art Nouveau architecture set amidst stunning scenery.


      Discover Ålesund on a walking tour to the top of Mount Aksla or explore the communities of Giske and Godoya islands. Alternatively Sunmore Open Air Museum will introduce you to the traditions of the region.

    • Day 12 - Sognefjorden

      The largest fjord in Norway, at its deepest Sognefjorden plunges to more than 1,300 metres while the mountains straddling it rise to more than 1,700 metres.


      Ride the world-famous Flåm Railway or enter an authentic Viking Village. Alternatively explore the labyrinth of caves at Gudvagen or take a discovery excursion by Zodiac or kayak.

    • Day 13 - Bergen
