With its pristine wilderness, complex convict history and outstanding local produce, Tasmania is an island not to be missed. We’ll share stories about its intriguing history, introduce you to the local wildlife and lead your taste buds on a delicious journey.
The spectacular World Heritage-listed Tasmanian Wilderness covers one fifth of the island. Nearby, Cradle Mountain will delight outdoor enthusiasts, while on Tasmania’s east coast, Freycinet National Park, with its secluded bays, is a place of wild beauty.
Those who have gone before
Tasmania’s heritage has been strongly shaped by its convict past. In fact, the state is home to five of Australia’s 11 World Heritage-listed convict sites, including its most famous penal settlement at Port Arthur. With plenty of stories waiting to be shared, visitors will be enthralled as they see and hear history come to life.
Tamar Valley Touring
Close to the beautiful riverside city of Launceston and the former gold-mining town of Beaconsfield is the picturesque Tamar Valley. Home to some of Tasmania’s best wineries, no visit to Tasmania would be complete without a journey around this charming region.

We are pleased to share these exciting images of our first Scenic Tour group in February 2021, discovering beautiful Tasmania. Our Scenic Tour Director John (aka Moose) was thrilled to share the wonders of his island home with our valued guests once again during the 13 day Ultimate Tasmania roundtrip tour from Hobart.
“Being back on a tour with a lovely group of guests who are so enthusiastic to be out there experiencing touring again makes it seem like I was never away.”
