Western Australia

Offering one of the country’s most diverse landscapes, Western Australia truly features something for everyone. Western Australia is astonishingly vast and as Australia's largest state, it covers nearly one-third of the country.
The capital city, Perth has a vibrant restaurant scene. It is the jump off point for exploring Rottnest Island where you can dive into turquoise waters and meet the local quokkas, the Swan Valley vineyards and trendy Fremantle.

Heading south, Margaret River is famed for its wineries and gourmet delights. The south west of Western Australia is also home to ancient forests, caves, and exquisite white sand beaches.

Stretching 1,100km north from Perth, you will find Western Australia's Coral Coast with the azure India Ocean, lapping at its shoreline. When you think of the Coral Coast, think whale sharks, wildflowers as far as the eye can see and arid outback landscapes. Travellers are rewarded with locations such as the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef, the Pinnacles, Kalbarri National Park, Shark Bay World Heritage Area and Monkey Mia.

Considered a sacred wilderness frontier, the Kimberley region in northern Western Australia boasts epic landscapes and is home to indigenous cultures deeply connected to the land.
