  1. Day 1 - Piraeus (Athens), Greece

    Fly into the ancient capital of the world, Athens, where you will be transferred to Scenic Eclipse to commence your discovery of the Greek Isles & Dalmatian coastline.

  2. Day 2 - Kea

    Kea (also called Tzia) is characterided by hilly countryside and quiet beaches,.The local waters are home to several shipwrecks, including Titanic’s sister ship, Britannic, which sank in 1916. With earthy tones and elegant architecture that differs from other Greek islands, Kea is also known for its verdant natural paradise, home to rare plant species and wild animals. Today, choose from our wide range of Scenic Freechoice activities or join a more active Scenic Discovery excursion.

  3. Day 3 - Paros

    Quieter than its more famous neighbours, Paros is the perfect blend of traditional architecture, stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife and gorgeous little rural villages. In May this island is especially quiet , giving you ample opportunity to wander the beautiful alleys, explore the quaint local shops and admire the historic churches. Paros was a major source of flawless marble during the early Cycladic period and its stone was used in famous sculptures such as Venus de Milo and Napoleon’s tomb.

  4. Day 4 - Santorini

    A part of the Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea, Santorini is an island like no other. This volcanic land is famous for white-washed buildings and blue-domed churches and offers stunning views across the turquoise waters. Treat your taste buds to the ultimate gastronomic experience by exploring the island's famous wineries and sample delicacies such as ‘ntomatokeftedes’, a tomato fritter. Explore the caldera edge as you traverse the cobblestone streets from Fira to Oia and learn about the great history of Hellenistic temples and ancient Minoan settlement.

  5. Day 5 - Chania

    This 14th century Venetian harbour, with narrow cobbled streets, colourful buildings and waterfront restaurants will immerse you in Grecian culture. Walk back through time in the Medieval old town, breathe in the scent of olive oil, delve into the local history in small museums, and talk to the welcoming locals enjoying a coffee under a shady tree.  Before long you will be in love with this picturesque town.

  6. Day 6 - Elafonisos

    Elafonisos is a one of the lesser known and visited Greek islands. Surrounded by bright, emerald seas, long white, sandy beaches, and cloudless skies, you will have love the chance to relax in virtual seclusion, unhindered by crowds, in an authentic part of Greece.

  7. Day 7 - Fiskardo, Kefalonia Island

    Fiskardo is a sailor’s paradise, home to fish tavernas and cafes that offer the quintessential Greek dining experience that has seduced travellers since decades. Located on the northern tip of Kefalonia, Fiskardo is the only village on Kefalonia that has original Venetian buildings intact and still in use. The hamlet was also virtually untouched by the great earthquake in 1953. This is a region of great natural beauty, perfectly preserved ruins that date back over 2000 years, and calm, azure waters.

  8. Day 8 - Giardini Naxos (Taormina), Italy

    Taormina is one of Sicily’s most popular summer destinations, and the gateway to the treasures of the island, with Mount Etna, the largest active volcano in Europe, dominating the backdrop. The picturesque small town located above the Ionian Sea is known for its stunning ancient theatre, astonishing vistas and fabulous luxury atmosphere. With rich artistic, historical and cultural heritage it's no wonder the seaside town has drawn in  flocks of visitors since the eighteenth century.

  10. Day 10 - Gozo

    Gozo is an idyllic Mediterranean island, with green rolling hills of small farms, quaint fishing villages, small coves and sandy, sheltered beaches. Its crystal clear waters invite you to explore. Complete with historical sites, forts and phenomenal panoramas, this sleepy island is just waiting for you to explore it. Gozo has earnt the reputation of being one of the Mediterranean’s top outdoor adventure playgrounds, with 300 days of sunshine a year. From mountain bike trails and sea kayaking, to strolls by the sea and relaxing on the soft sand, you will be able to soak in the atmosphere through a wide range of discovery activities.

  11. Day 11 - Trapani, Italy

    Boasting a long history, Trapani was previously an agricultural centre for the hilltop fortress town of Erice. The city between two seas became a very important centre due to its strategic position. Walk around the narrow streets filled with refined baroque buildings with their typical wrought-iron balconies, picturesque restaurants and antique shops. Visit the unfinished temple dating from 424 BC for excellent views of the countryside and distant coastline.

  12. Day 12 - Carloforte

    Graceful palazzi, crowded cafés and palm trees line the busy waterfront. Slowly wander through the quaint, cobbled old town, admiring the red-roofed architecture rising amidst the green hillside. Lying just off the coast of Sardinia, Carloforte is the only town of the small Isola di San Pietro. Carloforte boasts a long-standing tradition of wooden boatbuilding, with traditional lateen sail fishing boats still spotted in the harbour.

  13. Day 13 - Ciutadella de Menorca, Spain

    Known for its old quarter and medieval streets filled with palaces, churches and fortresses, Ciutadella is truly Vella i Bella (‘Old and Beautiful’). Life on Menorca is dictated by the slow and gentle waves that lap on the shorelines. Breathe ing the history during your walk through the old town and gain an insight into the greatness this town has lived through. Learn the life of the ancient inhabitants, with archaeological sites dating back to 2000BC.

  14. Day 14 - Formentera

    Formentera boasts magnificent beaches, charming villages and glistening waters. Only accessible by boat, the island was favoured by pirates and has a long and varied history dating back over 4000 years. Choose to relax on its white sand beach, enjoy swimming, snorkelling or kayaking in the turquoise waters, or take a walk or ride along the green routes across the most remote countryside.

  15. Day 15 - Cartagena

    A prized location with one of the world’s greatest natural harbours at its doorstep and surrounded by rich mineral deposits, Cartagena is a delight. Once inhabited by the Romans, Cartagena is recognised for the wealth of ancient sites in and around the city. Roman murals and mosaics adorn historical villas while late19th century architecture complements the picturesque Mediterranean coast. Today choose one of our Scenic Freechoice activities or join a more active Scenic Discovery excursion.

  16. Day 16 - Puerto Banús (Marbella)

    Puerto Banús is known for its luxurious cars, exclusive shops and impressive yachts – where Scenic Eclipse will feel right at home. This small town was developed in the 1970s to be the perfect combination of Andalusian culture, reflecting the fishing ports of the area, and a luxurious port with sophistication and elegance. Against the backdrop of immense mountains, wind your way through narrow streets lined with flower boxes. With a late-night departure, relish the opportunity to experience Puerto Banús both by day and night

  17. Day 17 - Tangier, Morocco

    At the southern tip of the Mediterranean Sea lies Tangier. Guarding the Strait of Gibraltar, where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. Tangier is Europe’s gateway to Africa. Influenced over its history by many cultures and civilisations, Tangier has a strong Spanish influence making it an excellent showcase for Spanish-Moorish architecture.  Known as the white city for its whitewashed houses strewn along the winding streets, Tangier is today a city undergoing significant development and modernisation.

  18. Day 18 - Portimão, Portugal

    On the western Algarve, Portimão is a small port with a bustling historic centre. Once a well-known fishing port, now transformed into a breath-taking promenade with shops selling traditional lace, ceramics, and leather goods, and fantastic restaurants. Portimão is much loved for the steep limestone cliffs that surround its sandy beach of Praia da Rocha. Architectural masterpieces from the 19th and 20th century seamlessly blend with colourful contemporary structures creating the Portimão we know today.

  19. Day 19 - Lisbon

    Today we bid farewell to fellow shipmates and crew and leave with a treasure-trove of fond memories.
