  1. Day 1 - Barcelona, Spain

    Flying into Barcelona, you will be immersed in a city of fabled architecture and boundless culture, before being transferred to Scenic Eclipse to commence your Mediterranean cruise.

  2. Day 2 - At Sea

    Acquaint yourself with the exceptional range of facilities on board your luxurious Discovery Yacht. Choose a class in one of the fitness spaces or relax in one of the therapy lounges in the Spa Sanctuary. Tempt your palate from one of the exceptional dining venues or try a wine tasting with the Sommelier in Scenic Epicure.

  3. Day 3 - Malaga

    Málaga on Spain’s Costa del Sol, the birthplace of Pablo Picasso, is one of the oldest cities in the world.Uncover the secrets of the historic city centre including the Picasso Museum or visit Gibralfaro Castle. Alternatively, explore the village of Mijas Pueblo.

    On the shores of the Guadalquivir River is Seville, the elegant capital of Andalusia. Docking right in the heart of the city, simply step off Scenic Eclipse to start your own discovery.

    Arrive in Lisbon, the de facto capital of Portugal and home to one of the most powerful seafaring nations of the new world age. Discover the many districts of Lisbon spread over the seven surrounding hills, including the picturesque Alfama district.

    Today, discover the unique historic treasures of Porto. Located on the Douro river estuary this metropolis shares its name with one of Portugal’s best known export, Port wine.

    Relaxation beckons and with so many choices on board you will wonder how time passes so quickly. Choose one of the daily activities, from a class in Scenic Epicure to an entertaining discussion in the theatre, or make time for your own fitness regime.

  9. Day 9 - Douarnenez, (Brittany) France

    Located on the tip of the French region of Brittany, discover a city that is known for its breath-taking landscapes and scenic coastal areas.

  10. Day 10 - Cherbourg with Utah beach, (Normandy)

    Walk the historic Normandy beaches, the site of the D-Day landings. You may choose to discover the intriguing history of the port of Cherbourg and see the manmade sea walls or tour Chateau Nacqueville dating back to 1510 with its impressive gardens.

  11. Day 11 - Oostende, (Bruges) Belgium

    This World Heritage-listed city is a fairy tale town with cobble-stone streets, picturesque canals linking squares adorned with soaring spires, churches, monasteries and medieval buildings.

  12. Day 12 - Amsterdam, Netherlands

    Welcome to Amsterdam where you have a full day to discover this fascinating city at your leisure.

  13. Day 13 - At sea

    Relax on board and make use of the Spa Sanctuary or even take a yoga class in the studio as you cruise the North Sea towards Norway. There’ll be insightful lectures and presentations from the Discovery Team in the theatre or perhaps learn some new cooking techniques in Scenic Epicure.

  14. Day 14 - Bergen, Norway

    Norway’s magnificent second city is set on a beautiful convergence of fjords and surrounded by mountains. You’ll have time to explore the Bergen’s historic city quarters, taking in the traditional and colourful clapboard houses.

  15. Day 15 - Vikoyri > Flam

    Sail along Sognefjord - the largest fjord in Norway. At its deepest Sognefjord plunges to more than 1,300 metres while the spectacular mountains rise on either side. You’ll pass through the village of Vikoyri before making your way to the village of Flåm in the heart of the fjord. Famous for the Flåm Railway and its stunning scenery.

  16. Day 16 - Alesund

    Straddling several islands, Alesund houses a unique concentration of Art Nouveau architecture set to the stunning backdrop of the Norwegian Fjords.

  17. Day 17 - Torghatten

    Cruise towards the granite mountain of Torghatten. One of Norway’s best known mountain formations, it’s distinctive for a hole going right through it – the subject of Nordland legend and fairy tales.

  18. Day 18 - Gravdal > Trollfjord

    Arrive in Lofoten where great, craggy islands touch the sky, picturesque villages dot the archipelago and wildlife abounds. You’ll sail impressive Trollfjord as you explore this must-see destination.

  19. Day 19 - Tromsø

    Known as the cultural hub of the Arctic, Tromsø sits just above the Arctic Circle in the lands of the Midnight Sun.

    Head far beyond the Arctic Circle to Norway’s North Cape, the northernmost point of Europe’s mainland.

    En route to the Svalbard Archipelago is the rarely visited Bear Island. A protected nature reserve, it’s home to dramatic cliffs, huge seabird colonies and a unique collection of fauna and flora.

  22. Day 22 - Svalbard Archipelago

    The Svalbard Archipelago’s rugged glaciers and frozen tundras are a fragile and remote area of vast environmental significance, while Spitsbergen is the largest island. Due to the extraordinary nature of the region, the sailing and expedition schedule is flexible. Your experienced Captain and Discovery Leader will use their expertise to design this section of your voyage from day to day. Making the most of the long hours of daylight, weather and ice conditions to give you the best experience possible in this extraordinary part of the world.
    You will enjoy daily Scenic Discovery excursions by Zodiac, kayak and on nature walks to get up close to majestic Arctic scenery, tundra landscapes wildlife and marine life that surrounds you.
