  1. Day 1 - Cape Town

    Welcome to wonderful Cape Town. Enjoy an exclusive three night Special Stay, with spectacular views of the waterfront and Table Mountain. Tonight, meet your Tour Director for a welcome drink and dinner.

  2. Day 2 - Cape Town

    Ascend Table Mountain by rotating gondola for wondrous 360 degree views.

    Treat yourself to South Africa’s finest vintages with a winelands tour. Alternatively, visit history-rich Robben Island, or opt for a township tour or a Harley DavidsonTM ride.

  3. Day 3 - Cape Town

    Journey to Cape Point and stop at the Cape of Good Hope, then visit Boulders Beach, home to an African penguin colony.

  4. Day 4 - Cape Town > Oudtshoorn

    Stunning semi-desert scenery awaits en route to the town of Oudtshoorn. Discover a wonderland of underground chambers at the Cango Caves, among the largest in the world, before your overnight stay.

  5. Day 5 - Oudtshoorn > Knysna

    Learn about Africa’s largest bird at a local ostrich farm, then head to Knysna on the Garden Route, famous for its oysters. Enjoy an overnight stay.

  6. Day 6 - Port Elizabeth > Durban

  7. Day 7 - Durban

    Discover the beachside town of Durban, famous for its Indian and colonial influences. This afternoon indulge in a delicious high tea.

  8. Day 8 - Hluhluwe > Ghost Mountain

    The Dolphin Coast region of Natal has a sea of sugarcane fields. Enter Hluhluwe-Umfolozi Park, world-renowned for its rhino conservation program. Later, enjoy your overnight stay at the foot of Zululand’s legendary Ghost Mountain.

  9. Day 9 - Ghost Mountain > Kingdom of eSwatini

    Arrive in the tiny Kingdom of eSwatini. Journey through the magnificent valleys of Big Bend to your resort, nestled within an idyllic Botanical Garden, for an overnight stay. Enjoy time at leisure to explore the magnificent garden.

  10. Day 10 - Kingdom of eSwatini > Lion Sands Game Reserve (Kruger National Park)

    The famous Kruger National Park borders Mozambique and stretches an impressive 450 kilometres. You’ll enjoy a two night Special Stay at Lion Sands River Lodge or Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge, on a private concession within the park. The Sabie River flows through the park and its bushland is home to the highest recorded concentration of leopards in Africa. Take a game drive in an open safari vehicle this afternoon and look out for the Big Five.

    At the end of your afternoon game drive, partake in one of the most enjoyable of safari traditions – Sundowner drinks.

  11. Day 11 - Lion Sands Game Reserve (Kruger National Park)

    Limitless game viewing possibilities await as you traverse Kruger National Park without restriction in specially adapted Land Rovers to track the Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo.

  12. Day 12 - Panorama Route > Johannesburg

    Take in the magnificent Panorama Route on the road to Johannesburg. You’ll view the Blyde River Canyon, third deepest in the world, then visit Bourke’s Luck Potholes and enjoy spectacular views from Wonder View. Later, check into your stylish hotel for two nights.

  13. Day 13 - Johannesburg

    Explore Soweto with your local guide and visit Nelson Mandela’s house. Learn about 20th century South Africa during your visit to the Apartheid Museum.

  14. Day 14 - Johannesburg > Victoria Falls

    Board your flight to Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. The world’s largest sheet of falling water rises 108 metres high and spans a gorge carved out of a flat plateau. Check into your marvellously colonial Victoria Falls hotel for your three night Special Stay.

    Sundowners

    Be treated to a special Sundowners cruise down the Zambezi River and watch the teeming wildlife on the banks, just upstream from Victoria Falls.

  15. Day 15 - Chobe National Park

    Large concentrations of big game call Chobe National Park home. Embark on a game drive along the shoreline, where predators often come to drink. Later, enjoy a cruise on the Chobe River, home to huge herds of elephants and buffalo. Large pods of hippo and giraffe families inhabit the banks and surrounding woodlands.

  16. Day 16 - Victoria Falls

    Visit a typical Zimbabwean village to gain unique insights into traditional tribal life and enjoy an elephant interaction.

    Later, witness the power of Victoria Falls with a tour of the Zimbabwean side of the world’s largest waterfall. Enjoy dinner in the beautiful Livingstone Restaurant to complete your day.

  17. Day 17 - Victoria Falls > Nairobi

  18. Day 18 - Nairobi

    Start your day with an encounter with a giraffe and learn how these animals are endangered. Relive the romance of the movie Out of Africa during a visit to Karen Blixen’s home, before travelling to Kiambethu Tea Farm. Wander through the tea fields and hear the stories of the first commercially grown tea in Africa.

  20. Day 20 - Ngorongoro Crater

    Witness sunrise over the crater before an extended game drive along the crater floor. The area is reputed to contain the largest number of predators in all of Africa.

  21. Day 21 - Ngorongoro Crater > Serengeti National Park

    Step back in time with a visit to Olduvai Gorge, site of many archaeological findings, including traces of pre-historic man which date back 3.5 million years. Later, enter Serengeti National Park with its vast central plains, made fertile by the ashes of the nearby highlands. Enjoy a two night stay at your lodge.

  22. Day 22 - Serengeti National Park

    The Serenova Valley is renowned for its game viewing, due to its abundance of water as well as its large population of resident cats. Explore on morning and afternoon game drives.

  23. Day 23 - Serengeti National Park > Amboseli National Park

    Fly to Arusha and enjoy a marvellous view of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free standing mountain in the world. Return to Kenya and travel to Amboseli National Park where massive herds of elephants migrate across the dry plains. Your lodge, your home for two nights, sits beside a major elephant trail with views of the mountain.

  24. Day 24 - Amboseli National Park

    On your game drive today, keep an eye out for cheetahs and lions, often seen stalking the plains.

    Journey north into the heart of Kenya to Lake Nakuru. Enjoy a two night stay at your lodge, overlooking the Lake Nakuru.

  26. Day 26 - Lake Nakuru National Park

    This shallow alkaline lake near the town of Ol Nakuru is home to flamingos, pelicans and other birds.
